Andrea Merican is an author, artist, business coach, investor, seasoned real estate professional, and world-traveling entrepreneur, embodying a legacy of incredible accomplishments and financial success. But she didn’t start out on that path. 

Growing up as the only child of a hardworking single mother, Andrea faced financial hardship from a young age. Despite these challenges, she pursued her passion for art and never lost sight of her dreams. After a partial scholarship to art school and starting her first business painting murals, Andrea faced unexpected obstacles that forced her to drop out of college and work retail for minimum wage. But she didn't give up.

She continued to take night classes at community college and eventually landed her first job in property management. That's when she was introduced to computers and began her journey into the world of online business. At age 25, Andrea helped her dad create a successful eBay business grossing one million dollars, and eventually, launched her own online business selling home theater projector screens.

But once again, life threw her a curveball when the market shifted, and her business failed overnight. She pivoted once again, earning her real estate license in a down market, which led to her first experience as a real estate investor. From there, she worked for a real estate investment start-up and became a key member in growing the company to over 50 employees and millions of dollars in annual revenue.

Eventually, she left the company to focus on her art business, which she’d launched in 2011. She continued to travel the world, paint, win multiple awards, and sell her work. She eventually became instrumental in building another real estate investment start-up, growing to over 20 employees and millions of dollars in annual revenue.

In 2021, Andrea launched her first online art classes and took a 2-month road trip across the country with her husband. Today, she is fulfilling her long-held dream of business coaching and consulting, sharing her knowledge and experience to help others pursue their passions and fulfill their lifelong dreams, too.

Despite facing financial hardship and unexpected setbacks, Andrea is proof that with determination and hard work, anyone can achieve their goals and create their own success story.
